Game Rules

By playing Sports Manager PRO, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in sanctions, including permanent account termination.

1. One Account

  • Each Player may have only one account.
  • Selling, buying, sharing, or transferring an account to another person is prohibited.
  • Detection of multiple accounts may result in unconditional removal of all associated accounts.
  • Using multiple accounts from the same IP address may be considered a violation and subject to verification.
  • If more than one person uses the Game from the same IP address or device, the Operator's approval must be obtained before creating an additional account.

2. Cheating Prohibition

  • Using bots, macros, autoclickers, scripts, and browser plugins that provide an advantage is prohibited.
  • Automating gameplay, manipulating network traffic, and interfering with game code is forbidden.
  • The Game must be played exclusively through the official web interface.

3. Bug Exploitation

  • Deliberately exploiting game bugs is prohibited.
  • Bugs must be reported to the Operator immediately.
  • Players who report bugs in good faith will not be penalized, and the Operator may reward them with virtual goods in the Game.

4. Fair Competition

  • Actions aimed at artificially inflating results or resources are prohibited.
  • Match-fixing and collusion with other players is strictly forbidden.
  • Communicating between users to deliberately fix match results is prohibited.
  • A user who deliberately loses matches to gain an advantage may be penalized with a financial penalty, and in case of repeated violations - loss of the team.
  • In case of a violation of fair competition rules, the Operator may adjust the match result.

5. Transfers

  • Transfers between teams managed by users sharing the same IP address or device are prohibited.
  • If a transfer is conducted at a price significantly deviating from market value, the Operator may impose a financial penalty and cancel the transfer.
  • If recurring transfers between the same clubs are detected, the Operator may impose a financial penalty and cancel the transfers.
  • If other transfer-related abuses are detected, the Operator may apply sanctions proportionate to the offense.
  • The user has the right to appeal any imposed sanction through the procedure defined in the Terms of Service.

6. Virtual Goods Trading

  • Trading virtual goods, accounts, or resources outside the official Game platform is prohibited.

7. Communication

  • Insulting, harassing, threatening, and using hate speech is prohibited.
  • Impersonating administrators or other players is forbidden.
  • Spam, flooding, and advertising are not allowed.

8. Content Publishing

  • Publishing Game content (e.g., streaming, YouTube) is permitted, provided it does not violate these Terms or the rights of third parties.

9. Penalties

  • Warning - for minor first-time offenses.
  • Mute - temporary chat restriction (1 hour to 7 days).
  • Benefit reversal - removal of dishonestly obtained resources.
  • Temporary ban - account suspension (1 to 30 days).
  • Permanent ban - irreversible account termination.
  • Administration decisions regarding moderation and sanctions are final.
